TRADING TERMS
1.	All Invoices are Due and Payable Immediately from the Date of Invoice.
2.	Goods are sold at the UNIT PRICE on Condition that payment for these goods is made Immediately from Date of Invoice otherwise the suggest recommended retail price (SRRP) is payable after 48 hours from the Date of Invoice.
3.	OVERDUE Invoices will be CHARGED a Service Fee of 0.06575% per Day.
4.	Some goods sold by this Company are intended for OFF ROAD use and may not be legal for street use. It is the customer's responsibility to check their state RTA or EPA office as to the legality of such products for use in street legal registered vehicles.
No Credits or RETURN of goods will be ACCEPTED in respect to any TYPE of RACING FUEL
1.	No credits or return will be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number.
2.	Request for Return Authorisation Number for return of goods must be received within (four) 4 Days from date of invoice.
3.	No credits or returns will be allowed on invoices under $100.00.
4.	This company will not accept debit notes from customers.
5.	Goods returned must be received into the company's warehouse within 14 days from date of authorisation number together with ALL of the following

	(A)	Copy of purchase Invoice.
	(B)	Reason for return of goods (Giving Full Details).
	(C)	Customer to arrange the return Freight at their cost.
	(D)	Any Freight or Delivery charges will not be credited.
	(E)	A 20% handling charge will be levied for the return of goods.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

ALL goods remain the property of ET RACING FUELS & LUBRICANTS PTY LIMITED until payment is received in FULL. By accepting delivery of these goods you the customer confirm your acceptance of the Trading Terms as stated above.
